Ideal for horizontal and vertical trusses, the square TwigJig creates picture-perfect straight four-sided trusses in a variety of crossbeam patterns. Configure the truss to take a load at the middle, or span a gap loaded along its length, this jig will meet a variety of criteria.
The triangle TwigJig produces a rigid truss with 25% less material than the square TwigJig making it ideal for supporting structures and crossbeams. Like the square TwigJig, this jig can be configured in a variety of ways to fully take advantage of its strength-to-weight potential. 
In developing the TwigJig, we endeavored to remove the tedium from the crafting of toothpick bridges. One of the more time-consuming tasks was the cutting of the toothpicks to the right lengths. Because we wanted to ensure both consistency and speed, we developed our TwigTrimmer. 
Holding the trusses together for gluing during project construction can be difficult. The TwigClips were designed to aid the construction process by securely clamping the trusses together.
